The details
A and B include 20 Machinery Room Induction enrolments. C replaces those with 20 Advanced Ammonia Appreciation enrolments. The PSM component includes one jurisdictional management-system framework and a site action plan developed through a 90-minute remote planning session using supplied information. Progress reviews are 30 minutes each. This is a starting framework and priority plan; implementation and detailed plant studies follow the agreed scope.
B and C include one agreed site audit with a findings report and close-out discussion, and one full-day Advanced Ammonia Awareness session for up to 10 people. Audit coverage, validation depth and attendance are confirmed against the plant before quotation. Additional sites, participants, sessions and unusual plant complexity are quoted separately.
C adds a basic consequence analysis for the agreed release scenarios, a site-specific ERP draft with TARP, and one remote tabletop exercise. The exercise allowance is two facilitated hours plus two hours for preparation and debrief. Inputs, scenario count and document review allowances are set in the quotation. The client completes and implements site requirements; an ERP is not operational until its arrangements have been implemented and effectiveness verified through a functional stress test.
The displayed monthly amount divides the indicative first-year fee across 12 months. This is a 12-month programme, not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription. The formal quotation sets the total fee, payment milestones, delivery calendar, cancellation and renewal terms. Front-loaded site or project work is scheduled against the agreed payment milestones.
Review what remains current and what is due. Learning may be needed for new starters or changed roles; a plant change may require an update. Renewal scope and price are agreed around that work. There is no automatic requirement to repeat the audit, redevelopment or training every year.
Yes. Buy a course or template, commission one audit, arrange team training or ask for a focused piece of advice. The packages are another way to coordinate the work; they do not remove the one-off options.
