Practical ammonia learning tools

NH3
Coach.

Practise the decisions before the plant makes them real.

NH₃ Coach brings incident decision-making, structured fault finding and refrigeration system learning into one focused professional development platform.

Choose a tool

Three clear ways in.

Each tool now has its own focused workspace. No crowded dashboard. Choose the learning task you need and enter directly.

01AI-guided prototype

Incident Simulator

Take the Incident Controller’s seat in a fictional machinery-room alarm. Make one decision at a time, explain your reasoning and receive structured coaching.

Emergency decisions · Consequence thinking · Guided debriefStart incident simulator
02Structured reference

Fault Finder

Start with the equipment and observed condition. Compare documented possible causes and reference actions without presenting a possibility as a confirmed diagnosis.

14 equipment groups · 62 symptom groups · Multiple selectionOpen fault finder
03Interactive workbench

Manifold

Move LP, IP and HP gauges, read the corresponding R717 saturation temperature and configure a simplified ammonia refrigeration block-flow schematic.

Built from field experience

Not generic safety training.

Purpose-built for people working around industrial ammonia refrigeration.

The platform is being developed around realistic plant conditions, credible operating decisions and the limits of available information. It supports learning. It does not replace competent people, site procedures, P&IDs or engineering authority.

Growing learning library

Learn. Decide. Explain.

01

Plant walk-through

Explore an ammonia refrigeration plant, identify equipment and trace how operating conditions connect across the system.

02

Abnormal operation

Work through changing pressures, temperatures, alarms and equipment behaviour before choosing the safest next action.

03

Release response

Practise early decisions around alarms, wind, evacuation, shelter-in-place, isolation and emergency-services support.

04

PSM problem solving

Test your understanding of mechanical integrity, procedures, competence, management of change and assurance.

Designed for real work

Coaching that adapts without inventing.

Scenario boundaries

Each exercise defines the plant, conditions, available information and safe limits before the learner begins.

Reasoned feedback

The coach asks why, identifies missing information and explains the consequences of each decision.

Competence evidence

Future assessment modes can record decisions, reasoning and areas requiring further supervised practice.

Human authority

The platform never authorises live work, emergency entry, isolation or modification of real equipment.

Planned access

In development now. Subscription access later.

NH₃ Coach is currently open as a development build. When the complete platform is released, full access will move to a monthly subscription. Pricing is still to be confirmed.

01

Subscriber access

Full NH₃ Coach platform

A monthly subscription will provide access to the Incident Simulator, Fault Finder, Manifold and future learning modules.

Monthly price · To be confirmed
02

Fire & Rescue access

Incident training without a subscription

Fire & Rescue personnel will be able to enter a work email and an authorised agency or brigade code for free access to the Incident Controller simulation.

Incident Simulator only
03

Controlled entitlement

Clear limits for code access

Recognised codes may include CFS, MFS, FENZ, NFA and FRS. Code access will not unlock the Fault Finder, Manifold or other subscriber modules.
